Xiang Yun Temple in Austin successfully held its first "Little Diplomats" Achievement Exhibition on April 12–13, drawing over 130 bilingual attendees and receiving high praise. The event was planned by Venerable Jueji, with Venerable Yongjia serving as the course instructor, and was led by nine members of the second BLIA Youth Group. After three months of training, the program aimed to cultivate ambassadors for cultural exchange and service in preparation for the upcoming North America Fellowship Conference.
On the day of the exhibition, participants first paid homage to the Buddha, expressing gratitude for the Buddha’s grace. This was followed by a ceremonial chanting of the Fo Guang Four-Line Verse using ritual instruments, and a tea offering to the four venerables and instructors in appreciation of their guidance. Videos produced by the students showcasing their tea ceremony lessons and learning outcomes were played. The exhibition featured a variety of presentations, including a Buddhist knowledge quiz and bilingual guided tours, all of which received enthusiastic applause. Venerable Jueji presented certificates and announced that the next course will begin in September, encouraging more bilingual youth to join. Attendees were deeply moved by the children's growth and expressed hopes that they would bravely take on responsibilities and serve the community in the future.
